Ford has made a bold move by naming its first all-electric SUV after its iconic muscle car, the Mustang. The Ford Mustang Mach-E is not just a marketing gimmick but a serious contender in the fast-growing segment of electric crossovers. The Ford Mustang Mach-E offers a compelling combination of power, range, style, technology, and affordability, making it stand out from its rivals.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E has four trim levels: Select, Premium, California Route 1, and GT. All models feature a sleek and sporty design that pays homage to the Mustang heritage but also looks modern and futuristic. The Ford Mustang Mach-E has a spacious and luxurious cabin that can accommodate five passengers and their luggage. The Ford Mustang Mach-E also comes with a 15.5-inch touchscreen that runs the latest Android Automotive OS, which supports Google Assistant, Google Maps, and Google Play Store.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E has two battery options: a standard range battery with 70 kWh capacity and an extended range battery with 91 kWh capacity. Depending on the battery and drivetrain configuration, the Ford Mustang Mach-E can deliver between 211 and 305 miles of EPA-rated range. The Ford Mustang Mach-E also supports a fast-charging capability that can replenish up to 80% of the battery in about 45 minutes using a 150-kW DC charger.
