Iveco S-Way is not just a truck. It's a high-performance machine that combines power, efficiency, and comfort in a sleek design. And it's the truck of choice for one of the most prestigious and successful racing teams in the world: Scuderia Ferrari.
Scuderia Ferrari, the Formula One racing division of Ferrari, has been using Iveco trucks to transport its cars and equipment since 1978. The partnership has lasted for more than four decades, and it's still going strong. In fact, Iveco recently delivered two new Iveco S-Way trucks to Scuderia Ferrari, adding to its fleet of 12 vehicles.
The new trucks are customized to meet the specific needs of Scuderia Ferrari. They are equipped with a 12.9-liter Cursor 13 engine that delivers 570 hp and 2,500 Nm of torque, paired with a 12-speed Hi-Tronix automated transmission. They also feature advanced safety systems, such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and emergency brake assist.
But the Iveco S-Way is not just about performance. It's also about comfort and style. The trucks have a spacious and ergonomic cab that offers a high level of living and driving comfort for the drivers and technicians who travel with Scuderia Ferrari. The cab is fitted with a flat floor, a large bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a TV. The exterior design is also eye-catching, with a red livery that matches the iconic color of Scuderia Ferrari.
The delivery of the new trucks was celebrated with a special ceremony at the Fiorano Circuit, where Scuderia Ferrari tests its cars. The ceremony was attended by Mattia Binotto, Team Principal and Managing Director of Scuderia Ferrari; Thomas Rücker, Business Director of Truck & Bus at Iveco; and Pierre Lahutte, Brand President at Iveco.
