The new entity will be operational in 11 countries, boasting a fleet of over 828,000 vehicles, and will work with all Stellantis brands in a multi-brand approach. With this new corporate organization, the mission is to become the European leader in mobility services, with a target of one million vehicles in the fleet by 2026.
The new management team was recently announced, and Richard Bouligny will serve as the new President of the NewCo. At the same time, Rolando D'Arco will assume the CEO role, to whom Arnaud de Lamothe and Antoine Delautre will report as Commercial Deputy CEO and Finance Deputy CEO, respectively.

The two companies combined expertise will allow the new company to offer a wider range of services, including long-term rentals, fleet management, and new mobility solutions, such as car-sharing, electric vehicles, and more.
The new company aims to become the European leader in mobility services by 2026. Still, with the experience and expertise of the new management team, it is an achievable target. The merger is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, but the companies expect to finalize the deal in the first half of 2023.
