Ford returns to Formula 1 after an absence of more than 20 years. The legendary American automobile manufacturer and Red Bull Powertrains embarked on a long-term strategic relationship to create the next-generation hybrid powertrain that will be utilized in Formula 1 beginning with the 2026 season.
From 2026 until at least 2030, Red Bull Ford Powertrains will supply engine packages to the Oracle Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Alpha Tauri teams.
